Halloween Arts & Crafts

North Yorkshire County Council’s Adult Learning & Skills Service is offering a free Halloween Arts & Crafts Workshop over 5 Wednesdays at Newby & Scalby Library, starting on Wednesday 26 September, from 10am to 12noon. Children will receive a free healthy snack at the start of the session and one adult must accompany 1 or 2 children. Booking is essential – see News section on how to do this.
