IT Buddy Required!

An IT Buddy is required to help people develop their computer skills.  He/she will give one-to-one support to any library members who lack confidence in using a computer, tablet or smartphone.  Ways in which he/she can help include giving advice on;

Using a word processor or spreadsheets

Scanning documents

Comparing energy suppliers

Finding the cheapest car/home insurance

Shopping online

Setting up an email account

Attaching documents to an e-mail

Using Ebay

Booking a hotel

Route planning

Finding places to visit

Accessing online council services

Accessing online government services

Using online library services

Social networking

Viewing/commenting on planning applications.
