Reiki with Sue – Now Monday Mornings

Reiki with Sue is on Mondays in the library at the new time of 10am – 12 noon.  A donation of £2+ for a 15 minute session would be appreciated.  Reiki is a type of energy healing.  Reiki practitioners like our volunteer, Sue, believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing and reduce other symptoms of illness.  During a session the client will sit in a comfortable chair, in a quiet area, fully clothed.
