Community Litter-Pick on Saturday 21 September

Calling everyone who cares about our environment!  Do please join us for a litter pick on Saturday 21 September at the library from 2.00pm – 3.30pm.  Organised by Mick Couzens of Keep Scarborough Tidy, those attending will receive a health and safety talk, gloves, litter pickers, high-vis jackets and North Yorkshire litter bags then go out on agreed routes to pick litter around the library.  It gets compulsive, as I found out last June!  When everyone returns with their bags at 3pm we will enjoy free refreshments in the library or hopefully in our lovely garden!  To take part you must email keepscarboroughtiday@yahoo.com
