Spooky Shakespeare Suitcase Theatre – Sat. 28 October

The brilliant Hoglets Theatre returns to our library with Spooky Shakespeare Suitcase Theatre! Hags, hauntings, hobgoblins and more emerge from the spooky suitcase owned by Lady Macbeth (Dotty to her friends). These spectres from performances past need to retell their stories before they can find peace in the literary afterlife. But are they friends or will we need to be vanquished back into the supernatural suitcase? Join Hoglets Theatre for a funny, energetic and unique children’s theatre experience; a world of hand-made puppets, music and storytelling, all performed from a single suitcase at our library on Saturday 28 October at 2.30pm. This production is aimed at primary and preschool-aged children – and no prior knowledge of Shakespeare is required! The production is designed to be a fun “spooky” show for all ages – there is no scary or frightening imagery or content. Pop in soon to get your tickets for accompanied children of 5+ years.
