Summer Reading Challenge Events

We’ve held free events for 5-12 year olds who’ve joined the Summer Reading Challenge at our library, including Harminis and Fun with Neisha for 0-5s, Art with Christine, Lego Robotics and Krash Labs and on Friday 21 August Rob Bradley from Rap School gave a workshop helping kids to rap a story.  Zoo Lab brought the story of how their mini beasts Read to the Beat, which is the theme of this year’s SRC and they return for 4 more sessions on Friday 28 August.  Here’s a selection of the events for which parents have given permission for their children’s images to be shared.
